I need to lose a large amount of weight and re-gain fitness. Also educate myself on healthy eating & cooking.
I will start by getting my eating under control. I've been a junk-food junkie and over-eater. I am now limiting my food portions and brown-bagging lunch. Will increase exercise as well. I'm walking & running. Have completed three 5k's and plan on more!

I'm back in the states now! London was amazing! I had a great time and made a ton of friends and memories. School is finished for a while which is a relief and sadness; I graduated Dec. 14. On to my Masters now. I'm on the hunt for a job again, which is never fun. I'm down to 160 lbs; London involved a lot of stair climbing and a lot of walking. It's icing on the cake really.
