My Goals:
I need to lose a large amount of weight and re-gain fitness. Also educate myself on healthy eating & cooking.
My Program:
I will start by getting my eating under control. I've been a junk-food junkie and over-eater. I am now limiting my food portions and brown-bagging lunch. Will increase exercise as well. I'm walking & running. Have completed three 5k's and plan on more!
Personal Information:
I'm from North Florida. Been sitting at a desk all day for many years, sitting and spreading. I need to make some changes and sparkpeople.com is a great resource .
Other Information:
