Right now, I keep a Goals log because I am attempting to retrain myself on so many levels of Healthy Lifestyle that I need to keep track or I'll be retraining forever and the point is to get to the goal.

Thanks for the nice note on my page.
It's awesome that you are getting close to Onederland! WTG!
I'm about 15 pounds behind you on getting there. I lost a pound last week and hope to continue at that pace too.

Congrats on the new job! I am glad you are enjoying it!

As for cutting back on SP; I found it was taking time when I could have been doing something more productive. For example in the morning, instead of reading the question and answering, I am cutting an apple and some carrots and getting a better lunch ready. Work is busier so I am not getting off early as often anymore. I am trying to walk or go to the gym after work then when I get home I am doing more of the cooking instead of sitting at the computer. I do try to log my exercise. I still post my hike photos on Facebook.

I am sick with a nasty cold and had to have a broken tooth removed yesterday and bone grafts added so I can get an implant in a few months. I am SORE today and coughing like crazy. I have postponed hiking until tomorrow or Sunday. I'm going back to bed now.
