1. Eat a healthy meal every 2.5 hours for blood sugar level balance
2. Work my meal plan every day.
3. Complete the Food Tracker daily.
4. Complete my exercise everyday.
5. Lose more weight with a healthy lifestyle.

My Program:
Right now, I keep a Goals log because I am attempting to retrain myself on so many levels of Healthy Lifestyle that I need to keep track or I'll be retraining forever and the point is to get to the goal.
