Thank you for the support Florence! I have an app on my phone and have tracked my water for the last two weeks. I think the goals you set are great and the soda as a treat is right on. I drink it alone, without food and it last longer since it is a treat on not to quench thirst. Have a great rest of the week!
Thank you very much for the support! And for the advice, I made it to 160oz on Wednesday but felt sick and did not sleep well. I looked online and you are right especially since I can't yet be very active I need to stay about 100oz as I did yesterday and it was much better. Thanks again Florence!
