Getting Back on Track
Most of my life I have been a little overweight and about 2 years ago I lost 30 pounds. However, I did it by not eating right and extreme exercise. Nevertheless, I have gained 15 pounds back and feel uncomfortable in my skin once again. I am ready to find a better balance of eating and exercise, so my weight loss can become a lifestyle change!

My Goals:
I want to lose 15 pounds and tone up my body so that I feel confident in who I am.
My Program:
The first time I lost weight I quit eating that right amonut of foods. Now I realize that I need a better exercise program and a more balanaced food choices to keep the weight off. All encouragement is welcome!

Any encouragement from people is always appreciated. I hope everyone out there knows that they can reach any goal if they have God of their side! My faith has gotten me through so very tough times. I know it soulnds still to pray about losing weight, but if you are giving Him the glory for it, then He will help no matter what!!
