The Road Goes Ever On And On

I am here to lose some extra pounds but more importantly to change my lifestyle. I want to make small portions and regular exercise part of my life. I have a pretty busy schedule. I work full time and go to grad school part-time in the evenings. I also love spending time with my husband and friends. I enjoy the outdoors and being in nature. I love animals and have been a vegetarian for many years.

Hey Floppy - this is a link to the dip station I bought. It has the dimensions on it; they also have some that are smaller than this. I was looking at one on walmart.com too (they offer free site-to-store shipping).

PS this one does multiple exercises but if you are interested just in dips or just in pull-ups or push ups, they have much smaller pieces of equipment that assist in just one specific exercise. And you can do dips with two sturdy chairs next to each other with space for your body between.

So apparently dancing is like one of THEE top workouts. It makes sense, shaking every last inch of your body, toning all those muscles.

Thanks, Vegetarianagogo! I am pursuing an MBA (evening program) with a focus on entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility. I am just starting my second semester of a three year program. It's great but challenging since I'm also working full time during the day.
