HI! I saw that you need some support. I was also feeling blue today and then I read an article that really helped me turn things around. It's called "Positive Self-Talk Leads to Success." (You can find it on my favorites). I decided to add positive self talk to my goals and write the positive things I did for the day in my journal. I think this will help me with my motivation and even my self esteem. I don't know if this helps you, but I wanted to let you know that you are not alone and you can talk to me at any time.
