My Goals:
My goals is to run a half-marathon in less than 2 hours and to feel healthy every day!
My Program:
I am training for a half-marathon (Nov. 28 '11): one-hour quick work/recovery workout with a trainer on Tuesday, and run 4 days a week, with one of those being a long run.
