Run my first 5K in September without walking.

My Program:
Eating balanced meals/snacks throughout the day to nourish and keep my metabolism up.

Personal training 2 days a week and currently a lunch time boot camp 3 days a week.

I've just started training for my first 5K. I've never been a runner, ever...this is a HUGE thing for me and I am scared!

I haven't had any injuries that kept me out for a length of time. However, there have been times where I have had pain that I felt could have developed into an injury if I hadn't rested. I'm sorry you broke your elbow. I can't imagine how painful that must be.

One thing to think about while riding your motorcycle: You burn 2.8 calories/minute while riding. So put on a lot of miles and enjoy the calorie loss.
