Hi, yes, I agree with you on the Fit to Fat to Fit guy. It is wonderful to want to empathize with people but I also don't agree with taking that chance with your own health and putting your body through that. - Karen

It's about a personal trainer that wanted to understand his clients better, so he went from FIT to FAT to FIT again. His name is Drew Manning. It's really an amazing story. I could never imagine doing that to my body, though. It's hard enough getting in shape without getting fit, going back to fat, and then getting fit again! Wow!
