I started this journey to reach my goal weight by the time I turned fifty. Life got in the way and I fell behind, so I won't meet that goal. I am much healthier, however, and I will reach my goal weight - even if it takes longer than I'd like.
Weight Goals: 178 - 1st 10% Lost *** Achieved 6/4/12 169 - No Longer Obese! 160 - 2nd 10% Lost 144 - 3rd 10% Lost 140 - Healthy Weight! 130 - 4th 10% & GOAL!
I joined a health club in January 2012 and have used the treadmill and worked out with weights three days each week. I also use the stationery bike and walk outdoors in good weather on weekends.
I have only 7 more weeks of grad school and i am getting ready to focus on me- I only have 8 more papers to write and if all goes well 4 will be done in the next two weeks and I will have time to focus on my eating and getting my exercise groove on again. I sarted yesterday with the upper body and today my legs and backside are going to feel a great workout.. here I go down the scale. My goal is to get back into the 180's by graduation and then continue down the scale to goal...
