My Goals:
Weight loss, improved strength and cardio fitness.

My Program:
Fitness Bootcamp 3 days a week, attempted jogging/walking daily, additional gym classes 3 days a week - for exercise.

Dieting mostly by following Biggest Loser food recommendations, which match up pretty well with SparkPeople. IF I do end up cheating, trying to stay near daily calorie goals anyway.
