hell o Feather - Thank you for your note. I am sorry I haven't checked my mailbox sooner - I'm afraid I haven't got back to any sort of consistency in many things. I am sorry to hear about your son's diagnosis - it can be very difficult to take time for yourself when you need to be a caregiver for someone else. My husband had a condition called Inclusion Body Myositis - very similar to Lou Gehrig's disease - loss of muscle & use of limbs& was bedridden the last year of his life but he died of cancer in his lower bowel. I have been doing better with exercise the last couple of months but still working on diet.
I would like to try to be supportive & will do my best to be motivator.. How are you doing with exercise & diet? Do you have any support at home or with friends? Lois 437 days ago
