My Goals:
A friend and I are hoping to go to Africa next year in November on a mission trip. I want to be healthy out in the field.

My Program:
 Eating healthier and moving. Just getting up and move off this stupid computer.

Personal Information:
Married 27 years, 46 years old, 2 wonderful sons and a beautiful daughter in law. And of course the 2 most gorgeous grandchildren ever. LOL

Other Information:
 I love to read and I spend to much time on the computer. Do hope to attend Joyce Meyer conference in 2 weeks.

Our next team walk is Saturday, March 5th at 9:00am. We willl meet at the north end of the public library parking lot on Lake Morton. There is ample opportunities here as the slow ones of us can walk as the "speedier" ones can run or jog or even go around more than once. Each lap is 1 mile. The streets are calm, quiet, shady, as well as stroller and wheelchair friendly. And, if for some reason you are unable to walk, you can just feed the ducks and cheer the rest of us on....please show your team spirit by attending this wonderful time of being able to encourage your fellow teammates! See you there!!! P.S. ALL WALKS ARE OPEN TO PEOPLE OF ALL AGES so, bring your families, friends and join in the fun!

REMINDER: tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 5th, is our team walk. We meet at the north end of the public library parking lot at Lake Morton at 9:00 A.M. All friends and family members are welcome to all team walks! This walk is wheelchair and stroller friendly. See you there!

Tomorrow evening, Wed. Dec. 1st, we are having our monthly team dinner at Applebee's on S. Florida Ave. in Lakeland. It is just south of the polk parkway. We will be meeting at 6:00pm and hope that you will be able to join us! All ADULT family and friends are welcome to join in,also... Hope to see you there!
