I am a mother of 5 ranging from 34 down to 13. I have lost thousands of pounds in my lifetime of dieting and am once again trying to lose them but they keep finding me. I love to read, love the Boston Celtics, love to cook and collect cookbooks (this is what gets me in trouble). My hubby is retired Air Force and I am a retired math teacher but I tutor online now.

The Weight Watchers plan is a good one. Like you, I've lost thousands of pounds over the years too. I found out that I am even better at gaining them back. But with the support here on this site, you might find that this time is different.
