Retired Navy - Slaying the Goal Dragons! I am a Runner now and my Lifestyle Change is On Target!

Hi, my name is Larry Hilyard - I am sixty-something and retired (from the US Navy in 1987 and BCBSFL in 2006). You take care of that spinal injury they are nothing to be trifled with. I have always had the upbeat attitude, I figure complaining about the injuries won't make them better and will only make me and those around me miserable. My anthen is a silly song by Chumbawumba called tub thumping it goes "I fall down but I get up again , aint nothing gonna' keep me down ,I fall down but I get up again .P*ssin the night away "TAke care, hugs China
