My name is Sherry and I live in West Fork, Arkansas. I am not married but I have been with the same guy for the last 22 years. We have 2 kids. A daughter that is now 20 and a son that is 13. He was born 14 weeks premature and is doing great. I am a HUGE Rascal Flatts fan and I love seeing them in concert! I have a lot of weight to lose and a lot of hard work ahead of me so I can lose it.

I was lucky to be told about this site! I absolutely love it! It makes losing weight a lot easier. You can see what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong. Fix what is wrong and reap the rewards of doing it right!

I absolutely love country group Rascal Flatts. It was a couple of their songs that help get me motivated into losing weight. Then I was lucky enough to be told about this site and it is making losing weight a reality for me. Thank You Spark People.com
