Healthy weight and less pain would be my gain!
I am 46 years old and have gained alot of weight. Some due to inactivity due to illness(Fibromyalgia, arthritis, connective tissue disorder and medicine). I have never weighed this much even when I was 9 months pregnant!

My Program:
At present time I am watching what I eat, Drinking lots of water(unfortunately Pepsi too, I need to stop that! lol) I have so much pain right now that is about it but I did buy a Wii and am going to try to use it! I do try to move around as much as possible during my day.
Personal Information:
I am originally from Pennsylvania dad joined the military when I was in 5th grade and I have lived about everywhere!! Presently live in Alabama! Which I love! Been a Christian since I was 14 years old and thank the Lord for everything in my life...although I don't always know why he is allowing some things I try to find something positive about how it must somehow work in His plan! Yes I am usually positive although it takes awhile sometimes when things are longsuffering or seem senseless to me. I know all things work together for good to those that love the Lord!
Other Information:
Married to my wonderful husband, Bill. I have 4 beautiful children 25,24,19 and 18. I also have 4 beautiful grandchildren 5 yr old girl, 2 boys that are 2, and a 9 month old. I love to read, do crafts, quilt(just trying to learn small projects).
