My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share.1 Get really seriously healthy, bye bye diabetes, bad knees and high blood pressure. 2 Buy clothes because I love them, not that its the only thing I could find that fits. 3 Have the energy to dance and enjoy my sweet husband , 4 spend time doing active things with my grandchildren and freinds 5 , be more fit and active to better serve the Lord.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. Think about every thing I put in my mouth... no more mindless eating ! Keep on sparkpeople. exercise, exercise ,exercise.

Active in my church. busy with 21 grandkids. Love all 11 of our kids...(yours, mine,and ours!) Have the best friend ever in my sweet husband and love to spend time with my "girls" - BFF's.

Srcapbooking is a fav, also gardening, camp and fishing with the hubby. Long walks a must.. hope to graduate to hiking. Resently returnrd to old love of drawing,and artwork.

HAHAHA man ur comment on my blog made me laugh so hard.. i know u were being serious when u said of the chance my burning my hands and breaking my toe were subconciously me not wanting to work out, lol but i just though to myself "haha that IS something i would do without even knowing it. haha. im so lazy!!" lol.. the thought that id take a broken toe over breaking a sweat makes me giggle :) have a good night! emoticon
