My name is Karen. Ok. I am back on here again. Maybe this time I will actually be able to follow through and keep up! I am starting at 188 and my goal is to get to the 155-160 range. My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight just be healthier and more energenic. Keeping up with an active 9 year old and an even more active soon-to-be 6 year old is even harder when you have no energy.

My Program:
I've been trying to watching what and how much I eat and I just started the Biggest Loser At-Home Challenge with the DVD.

Personal Information:
My name is Karen. I'm a 37year old mother of extremely active 9 and 5 year olds.. Since I'm a stay-at-home mom I have enough time assuming I get support. ;-)

Other Information:
I am crazy and lazy so it is not the best combination so I am working on both. Toning down the crazy and definitely working on the lazy!

Hi Karen! How have you been doing on the challenge? I got my cardio in yesterday and the day before. I didn't get my toning video done yesterday, but I got up and did yesterday's video along with today's so that I'm still on track. Hope you're doing well. Have a wonderful day!
