I know I can do it ~

I am a 30-somthing mother of two that wants to be fit!! I am tired of gasping in digust over pictures of myself. I want to look at my pictures and actually 'like' what I see. I want to feel strong, energetic and happy with myself! I've tried to get there many times but can't seem to lose much more than 10 or 15 pounds and then end up gaining it all back. I am determined to break that cycle! I know I can..

My Goals:
To lose 25 pounds.. then set another goal of 25.. so I will finally be at a healthy BMI and fit into my clothes ;)

My Program:
I will do this by drinking lots of water, choosing healthy foods, keeping up with my calorie tracking daily, reading inspiration and tips daily, making friends with like-minded people, and walking/running at least 5 days a week.

Other Information:
I love the outdoors, small cute animals, crochet, card making and scrapbooking.

Thank you for the add! I have lost 65lbs using Sark People. The key is to log ALL your food EVERY DAY. Use all the tools and the message baords andstay active in the Spark Community. I have made many friend through this web site. It is a great support network! Be sure to log your exercise too. You can do it!
