Heather Will Be Fit By 40!
I am starting again on my healthy living/ weight lose plan. I want to learn to control my eating habits and take better care of myself. The plan is to be fit and at my goal weight by age 40. A friend and I have started setting goals together for many aspects of life we want to make progress in and call each other once a week to check in. I am also going to use SparkPeople to help keep me on track and in touch with people who are on a similar journey.

My Goals:
Lose 40 lbs by 9/1/11 and 100 lbs by 11/14/12! I am 38 and choose to be Fit By 40!
My Program:
I am setting weekly, monthly and long-term goals and talking about them weekly with a friend who is doing the same. Currently, I am walking and adding cardio 1x or 2x per week and tracking my food. I will increase the exercise and decrease the food as it feels right.
Personal Information:
I live in the mountains in Arizona and have a husband and a teenage daughter.
