I'm getting married in January and my goal is to be able to sit while wearing my dress. My dress looks gorgeous on me now, but it is impossible to sit on it since it is too tight around my hips. So, let's get to work. I'm 25, 149lbs, 5'9". I speak Spanish and English. I like healthy food, I don't eat large portions but I do LOVE sweets. I can ruin a healthy meal with dessert anytime. I'm crazy about my fiance (he's the best!) and can't wait for my wedding to be his wife. I'm having surgery next week (having one of my tonsils removed) for which I haven't started excersizing yet nor following the meal plans (I'll have to eat soup all week next week anyway).

My Goals:
I bought a beautiful Maggie Sottero Oakley, size 8 gown for my wedding next January. Currently the dress is too tight and I can't sit while wearing it. I want to feel comfortable and beautiful in my dress. Last time I felt amazing about my weight was about a year and a half and 15 lbs ago. I'll get there, oh, trust me I will. 135 lbs, here I come.

My Program:
1200-1550 cals/day
Couch to 5k (C25k)
Buff Brides
Two Hundred Sit-ups Challenge
Two Hundred Squats Challenge

Other Information:

Wow you have a lot going on right now! That is a lot of stress for one person to deal with. But you have lost what? 2lbs? already with your 3day crash diet ... that is amazing. hopefully this will be enough to jump start things so you can get to your goal weight!

oh my gosh that really sucks about the ceremony site! At least you still have some time to find a new one. And with the wedding being in January your won't be competing with as many couples for sites, giving you a little more leeway. Or you can take the easy way out and do what I am doing ... have the ceremony and reception at the same location. It saves money cause you only need to decorate one place and there is only on venue rental fee.

Things are good with me ... My dress came in and it looks like it needs to be taken in an inch or two ... but I am totally paranoid that the seamstress is going to wreck it! I am going to go buy the most padded bra ever seen today and see if that fixes the problem so that less work needs to be done to the dress.

In other news ... I will not be loosing any more weight .... cause I am pregnant. YAY! This also is going to hamper my job search cause I have have to stop applying for the R&D jobs (chemicals bad for baby). and as soon as it is obvious that I am preggo, no one will hire me. But in the long run maybe a baby is better :)

Any way off to buy the colossal bra!

Hi!

If you want to track and run reports on the number of squats and situps you do, go to 'weight and other measurements' and add them as custom measurements.

Seemed like a good idea to me
