I CAN DO THIS AND WILL SUCCEED

I am a 35 y/o mother of two teen boys. Who have been running every night of the week. I joined the gym and I am ready to get back on track!
Someone last night at my gym told me about this site and I am determined. Last year I lost 24 pounds and here it sits right back on. I am very disappointed but I can not let this bring me down!
I dusted off the old water bottle , packed my lunch today and made a few deals for myself!

My goal is to loose 100 pounds and I will do it ...

I have met a few ladies at the gym and we are going to work out together!

My Goals:
My first goal is to get of the ice tea! I have to ween myself off. I am ADDICTED TO ICE TEA!

I started medifast on 5/1/2013.
To workout 6 days a week and walk at lunch depending on the weather

My Program:
I will be doing cardio at least 45 minutes a day at the gym at least 3 days a week and 3 days of wii fit.

I am going to set up a reward system for myself


5 lbs.. new pair of sneaker


10lbs.. new workout gear


15 lbs.. mani and pedi

20 lbs.. new outfit

25 lbs iTunes card

30 lbs... new outfit

35lbs.. new outfit

40lbs new sneakers!

Other Information:
I started medifast on 5/1/2013. So far so good I really enjoy the majority of the food. Tastes pretty good. I have not been hungry so I think this will work for me.

Congrats on taking the first step into changing your life to a more healthier one by joining the site. Spark is filled with amazing people that will motivate, support and encourage you on your journey. There is so much to learn and discover here, take this one day at a time. A couple of things I would like to suggestion to make you Spark experience a great one.

1. Make goals for yourself. Each month I make a list of what I want to accomplish that month and break them down to smaller goals to work with week by week. This way the BIG picture doesn't seem so big.

2. Join Spark teams. There are tons of teams here and you will be able to find ones that fit to what you like or want in a team.

The key to success here is to be active and you've already started by joining. You will find that everyone is willing to help you out if you need it. Spark friends are here for support, motivation and encouragement. Good luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle! Again, welcome to the SP family!

Great for you on the weight loss! I, too, am wanting to lose about 50 pounds myself and would love a buddy. I have been exercising and watching my nutrition, while reading one of Chris Powel's books- almost daily : )
