Thanks for stopping by my page. I, too, do most of my working out inside. I have a fairly nice size library of DVD workouts, use Exercise TV, my Gazelle and recumbent bike. But, with the great weather we are FINALLY having I do take a walk midday most days. It is so great to get out in the fresh air and sunshine. DH and I have started talking evening walks around the neighborhood around 3 evenings each week. We try to change up the route and discover new things about our neighborhood. We have, also, started spending our Sunday's picnicking and hiking. Thank you for your kind comment about Hayden. I have to agree with you, but then I am a bit prejudiced towards her. You have a great looking family, which I am sure is great motivation for you.

Hey you! I had a blast! I would love to come walking with you. I am NOT a runner though. I HATE it! HAHA. I have been going right to the fire department from dropping Cole off at school and have been doing 20 min of walking/jogging and 20 min of weights. Although I am not using much weight. Right now I just want to burn and tone, then I will work on the muscle. Love you! 3016 days ago
