Every winter I eat ice cream. Every winter I quit exercising. Every winter I get fatter. Every summer, I count calories, I exercise 4 to 5 times a week, and I try to undo all of the damage that I did all winter long! I need to break the cycle. I am currently doing really good counting calories and exercising, now I just need to stay focused and keep on track throughout the fast approaching school year!

My Goals:
Short term goals:

Get out of the 190's
Do 10 push ups on toes.
Drink 2 bottles of water every day.

Long Term Goals:

Have a Healthy BMI number.
Weigh between 145 - 155 lbs.

My Program:
I will do cardio 4 or more times a week, jogging outside 3 miles or more, and using my elliptical, treadmill, and Beachbody programs (insanity and chalean extreme). The ChaLEAN dvd's use a lot of weights, which I've never done before but since I'm in my 40's I figure I had better start, since muscle loss is now a concern for me due to my age.

Track calories using myfitnesspal, it is really encouraging because it lets you know what you will weigh in 5 weeks if you stay on track.

Personal Information:
I've lived in Oregon all of my life. I've got the best husband on the planet. We've been happily married for 20 years and we have 1 daughter. I work full-time in the administration office of a school. I'm fortunate to have a very happy life with a husband who loves me unconditionally.

Other Information:
My family is very active. We are always camping and/or boating in the fall, summer, & spring. We love watersports! Water skiing, wake boarding and kneeboarding are summer activities we enjoy. My husband & I love to golf, but never seem to have the time. We also like snow skiing/boarding, but rarely get to do it. I work full time during the school year and I have summers off to enjoy with my daughter and husband. I'm so blessed!
