LOL I have a few projects that I haven't finished crocheting. I will start another one before I finish one. My fiance gets frustrated lol. There is a group on facebook called the crochet crowd and the guy mikey is a great teacher and he has so many cool projects that I want to make. I actually have recently had time to do it and with the fall weather coming up I am hoping to get some hats and scarves made to hopefully sell some. But you really need to check out the crochet crowd so many great things on there. Have a good night.

Thank you for your post about adapting to a smaller you and the link to the article on phantom fat. I lost 80 pounds with SP but wasn't comfortable with the attention I received when I was smaller. It really threw me for a loop. I regained 60 pounds before restarting my journey. I have been looking for ways to understand what happened and find tools to use this time. Now I know it has a name. Thank you. You really helped me today!
