Back again. The last time I tried Sparkpeople, I actually did quite well. I started jogging about the same time, and lost a lot of weight. I was feeling really good, until I wasn't. Then, tired all the time became a struggle to keep going, became this constant, waterlogged state of being where I barely had the energy to think, let alone move. It took a while, and quite a few doctors, but I finally found the right specialist. Surgery was in March, and I feel like a new me. Unfortunately, the weight isn't falling off the way I'd hoped it would. And so, here I am again. Surgery side affects will prevent me from running for a few more months, but that doesn't mean that I can't get my diet under control now.
