Battle Fitness

I'm a stay-at-home mom who loves fitness. I have lost about 80 lbs over the last 4 years. This process has been slow but very rewarding. I feel so much younger than I did when I was in my 20s, and I have met some great friends along the way.

My Goals:
My goal weight is 150 pounds. I'm almost there, but these last 10 pounds are very hard.

My Program:
I cross train. Twice a week boot camp with HIIT (high intensity interval training) and resistance work. Once a week traditional resistance work. Once a week yoga. 1 to 2 times a week spin class. Try to add a run outside once a week as well. I work out on average 5-6 days a week.

How, girl, just checking in to see how you are doing! I didn't get a chance to talk to you and your hubby at the gym today... i was refilling my water bottle and running back into attack! Only a week away! YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started last June and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight.
