I am only going to put my current goal on here and when I reach it, I will create a new goal.
Current goal - To lose 26 lbs. and be under 300 lbs.

My program is quite simple. I will be eating a balanced and healthy diets full of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protien. I will be doing strenght training and cardio activity 5 times a week for about 1.5-2 hours a day.
