Thanks for stopping by my blog. I do work out 6 times a week but I'm sure I'm eating too much salt. I'm a big ketchup and sauce person so it's hard for me to cut back on that. I also stress out very easily. My mom has high blood pressure but she got it in her 40's. I'm 27 now. Of course, I am overweight so that might pla a role too. Thanks for your willingness to help.
