My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to weigh 60kg by the 1st of June, 2013.

My Program:
- Consume no more than 1500 calories per day.

- Go for a walk/jog or bike ride at least 5 times a week.

- Do resistance training 3 times a week

- Stay positive :)
