My Program:
-1500 calories a day
-Carbs-Protein-Fat% 50/25/30
-Daily Multivitamin
- Eat 6 x a day
- Limit white flour and white sugar
- Eating clean!
- Less than 2300 mg Sodium
- No soda

Personal Information:
About me: Well, I'm 20 years old. I'm a junior industrial engineering student at a state public university. I'm currently on a co-op (kind of like an internship) with a company in my college town. It's hard to balance my college social life, full time job and fitness, but hey, I'm trying my best!

History: Basically, I've done a lot of growing since I started college a year and a half ago. I've kept journals sporadically for years, and I've been through several phases of unhealthy habits. I now understand that my view of my body is very distorted and I'm now trying to keep that in mind on my goal to a healthier lifestyle.

Congrats on your success! I just saw your before and after pics that were part of the 30-day shred weekly digest. You look fabulous. I took a peek at your 7-8-09 blog....I know how overeating can happen and build momentum...hope you got back on track. I just started 30 day shred on Friday...was planning on alternating every other day with other things. If you get a chance to reply, can you tell me if you did it everyday or alternated??

Just checked out your 30 DS pics and am really impressed. I know you had lost weight before starting the shred - how much did you lose during the 30 days? I've just completed day 11 D1L2. It seemed like L1 was more difficult - or else I'm building muscle! Would love to hear from you.

I just started the 30Day Shred and I hope that I will be able to drop 20 pounds.
