My Goals:
I plan to lose 10 pounds by November 20th through various forms of exercise. I also plan to gain strength and decrease body fat by incorporation strength training into my routine at least 2x per week. My overall long term goal is to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle for the rest of my life!

My Program:
Running: 4x per week, including speed work, tempo run, long run, & easy run

Spinning: 2-3x per week

Resistance: 2-3x er week, body sculpt class, Pilates, etc.

Personal Information:
My name is Marissa I am from florida currently attending college in Orlando. My life is very busy as I am juggling school, an internship, & a part-time job!! All while trying to fit in exercise!

Other Information:
My favorite books include still 'Eat Pray love' & 'Unlimited'!

Favorite movie of all time is still 'titanic' an old one but it is just so good :)

Some of my hobbies include running, reading, dancing, and shopping!
