I am 32, a stay at home mom I also run a child care from home so that I can make a little cash and still be with my family. I have gained alot of pounds over the last 3 years and I need to change my habits because they are affecting the time I spend with my children and I want to be fit so I will be around for my kids.

I know that the changes that I am making in my life will also help so that my children can be healthy.

I would like to lose 2lbs per week so i am tracking my weight daily

Strength training every other day. Eat healthy

I'm also trying to be more conscious of what and how much I eat. I tend to be an emotional eater.
