Fit and Fab by Fifty!

I am a wife and mother to four children, only one teenager at home now.

I am about to turn fifty, so time to get motivating to a healthy and fit next fifty years...

My Goals:
To lose another 7 to 10 kgs (15 - 22lbs), and become the fittest I can be.


My Program:
To eat no more than 1200 Calories per day.

Exercising daily by way of running/walking for 50minutes, 50-100skips, 20 x lunges each leg, 20 x steps each leg, 20 squats, 20 minutes cycling, 100 rowing.

Got a Zumba dvd and some others to keep me going.



Personal Information:
I come from the Mid North of South Australia where the weather is very dry and hot!

thank you Tania, I have now revised that figure to 25kgs because it was pointed out that 20kgs equates to 1.66666666 K per month or only .0547945K per day and .3835615K per week.

25kgs is a fraction over 2kgs a month or 480grams per week.

So now I just have to keep motivated.
