Hello my fellow Sparklers, my name is Sheila! I use to want to lose weight just to be thin, now I just want to be both spiritually & physically healthy! High blood pressure, border-line high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, all haunt me to the core but in every cloud there is a silver lining! Thanks for you comment on my page. I too have gained back any I lost in the past year. I am just getting my feet wet with Spark People again and haven't been active on the site, though I check my email and stuff daily. I am proud to say that I have walked 3 miles both today and yesterday! I intend to keep going! Good luck and I wish you all the best with the first 10 lbs!
