Many of us know a person who is singlehandedly caring for an ill spouse or parent, and it's likely that we worry about that caregiver as much as we do the ill relative. According to a recent NBC Nightly News report, we are right to be concerned: Caregivers are so busy tending to the needs of others that they neglect their own physical and emotional health.

Hey thinking about you. We're in just about the same place. Here's the mantra. Never, never, never give up. I know it's hard right now (I'm talking to myself here too) but what can we do today to take care of ourselves while we take care of others? For me, I'm going to record everything I eat and get on the Wii Fit when I pick up the baby this afternoon then pack some boxes. What about you? What are YOU going to do for yourself today while you're taking care of others?

Hello Beautiful One! Thank you for stopping by my page and leaving me a note. I am encouraged by your encouragement. Please keep up the good work! It's a battle of the flesh, but we are already victorious through Jesus Christ. Be blessed and stay motivated as long as you can. When you need a boost, let me know. I lift you in up in prayer as I type....

You WILL succeed...there is no other way! emoticon
