Hello my fellow Sparklers, my name is Sheila! I use to want to lose weight just to be thin, now I just want to be both spiritually & physically healthy! High blood pressure, border-line high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, all haunt me to the core but in every cloud there is a silver lining! I will NOT STOP until I ACCOMPLISH what I set myself out to do & that is to be VICTORIOUS in every area of my life! Losing weight just to be thin is a thing of my past, now I desire to EAT BETTER, Drink 8 to 10 cups of water a day, & continue to EXERCISE to my hearts delight, using a variety of fitness DVDs, joining a walking group, or even a gym! I just want to be SUCCESSFUL this time around! Wish me well, Sparklers, wish me well!
To lose 5 lbs. a month!

To eat 2 or more fruits & veggies a day!
To do a variety of fitness programs, DVDs, maybe join a gym, until I find out which one works best for me!
