Strong Mind, Strong Body, Stay the Course!
I came on this site to drop 15 lbs. I didn't know how much inspiration, motivation, and friendship I ended up with. This is so much more then eating healthier or exercising. It is about changing your thought process. It's about finding yourself and caring for yourself. Without goals or dreams, what do we have to look forward to? Strong Mind, Strong Body, Stay the Course!

Mon: step aerobics Tues: HIIT Wed: run Thurs: run Fri: Pump Class Sat: yoga/aerobics Sun: long run Hit the weights at least 3 time per week besides the training I do in my classes listed above.
