Strong Mind, Strong Body!

Officially, I've lost 81lbs total.

I've changed my goal. I think I would like to drop down to 135. I'm at 18% body fat right now. I would love to see it at 17! I don't worry so much about the scales, but it is much easier to do push ups when you don't have soooo much to push!

I'm all about exercise. I don't feel complete unless I have some sort of physical activity going on! Now just to get the nutrition to follow suit! It will happen. I have great coworkers ...

My Goals:
I have hit my original goal of 142. I've now moved it to 138. Moved it again! From 138 to 135!

I know I do not want to get lower then 130 lbs. The last time I weighed 131, I looked anorexic, but I'm much more muscular this time around. Should be interesting!

My Program:
2 60 minute intense cardio days.
3 30 minute cardio days.

Strength train 4 days per week.

Other Information:
Tombstone is one of my favorite movies. I like watching anything with Sandra Bullock in it.

Funny - it hurts when I walk, but running isn't a problem! So, I know what you mean!
I've been blogging - you haven't been getting notifications??? Did 4.03 miles in 55 today on the treadmill emoticon

Yes, it does make you smile....and sometimes it takes all my strength not to straight up start laughing. :) Because I have had some classes that they are going every which way but loose. As long as you have one or two that have been in the class it is okay. But all beginners can be so bad at times it reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Elaine dances. They called it a seizure set to music. LOL. Woohoo...the weekend is almost here!

The backs of my thighs up to my lower back. Putting pants & shoes on are the worst!

Josh is gonna give me a massage before we workout tonight. But yeah - ouch.
