Strong Mind, Strong Body!
Officially, I've lost 81lbs total. I've changed my goal. I think I would like to drop down to 135. I'm at 18% body fat right now. I would love to see it at 17! I don't worry so much about the scales, but it is much easier to do push ups when you don't have soooo much to push! I'm all about exercise. I don't feel complete unless I have some sort of physical activity going on! Now just to get the nutrition to follow suit! It will happen. I have great coworkers ...

My Goals:
I have hit my original goal of 142. I've now moved it to 138. Moved it again! From 138 to 135! I know I do not want to get lower then 130 lbs. The last time I weighed 131, I looked anorexic, but I'm much more muscular this time around. Should be interesting!
My Program:
2 60 minute intense cardio days. 3 30 minute cardio days. Strength train 4 days per week.
Other Information:
Tombstone is one of my favorite movies. I like watching anything with Sandra Bullock in it.
