Getting Back in The Game

I used to be a fitness freak; loved working out and was careful about gaining weight but then I started to grow lazy as I was no longer attending gym. And then I wasn't so strict abt my diet and little by little the pounds piled on - now its time to shake 'em off and get back to my former glory : ) I hope whoever reads this can relate and will buddy up with me through this journey.
peace n love

Baby steps - think how far you'd get with 365 baby steps.
