Intro Feb 2013

I want to lose about 85 lbs. My plan is to not be in such a hurry and take it slow and easy just so it will stay off. I'm going to eat enough to sustain my active lifestyle in a way that I plan to do the rest of my life. The scale weight won't be my only measure this time, the old trusty measuring tape will become my best friend:)
