My Goals:
1) To go 10 days in a row eating less than 1800 calories

2) To ride my bike 4 out of 5 days during 'ride your bike to work week'.

3) To be able to ride my bike on my Wilden walking route without having to get off and walk up the hill

4) To be at my goal weight loss (40 lbs) before my hair turns grey.

5) To be able to wear size 12 clothes




My Program:
1) Tracking my food - to stay within my allotted calorie range

2) Tracking my workouts - daily walk with the dog and / or a workout routine

3) Eating 5 servings of fruit / veges every day

4) Drink 6-8 glasses of water

Personal Information:
I live in BC, Canada in the Okanagan Valley. I am married 30 yrs and have 3 children.
