Need to get back to a healthy lifestyle!

Hi! I am 29 y/o; FT student getting a masters degree in occupational therapy! Graduate in May!!!! I love my hubs, & our precious puppy, Rowan, & and our princess cat, Pixie. My mom suggested SP for additional support & since we have 4 states between us, this will be an awesome way to stay in touch more! Now we can stay healthy together!

My Goals:
Get down to a healthy BMI! It's not about skinny anymore! It's about living as long as possible! I've gotta fight my poor genetics.

My Program:
Consume1200 cals/day (as healthy as possible)
Burn at least 200 cals daily via aerobic activity.
Have a daily differential of at least 500.
Take a calcium supplement at bedtime if I haven't met my calcium goals. Strong bones are crucial for us LADIES!
