Workout: 2x a day 6 days a week M-Sat
AM: Cardio 45min
PM: Resistance 1hr

Just checking in on you. Wow 18lbs weight loss, that is awesome!!! You are doing great. If you need an ear or any support, remember I am here for you. I have such big goal ahead of me. Any support I can GIVE will help me very much. I love being there for others; it takes me out of myself. :0). I have to say I have been in and out this program for many months but I am back and dedicated this time. Helping you is going to keep me here, so please reach out when you too feel like giving up.
