One day at a time

I am a married white female over 35 living in the midwest. After job searching for almost a year, I am finally working again. I work part time at a place where my work matters and where my co-workers respect me. I have not been able to say that for a long time. This allows me more time to focus on school, diet, and exercise. I am determined to get healthy in 2013.

Hi. Thanks for commenting on my blog "Behind those pretty dress".It is going to help me a lot. And about Insanity - I love Insanity. I can't wait to get up and do some exercise. But it is very very hard for me right now. I have finished 3 days overall (1st was fitness test day & 2 days with cardio workout). I have not done any workout properly. I have modified all and also take lots of break. It is still hard for me to push myself but I am very happy what I get after I finish my workout.

I did take 2nd day break due to sore muscle but atleast did manage my 30 min walk. And one more thing I would like to say that my weight will take time to come off but I definitely see the result. I sleep better and I feel light all the time. I still have some area like back and hands (not much only left hand a little) which are hurting a lot (not all the time but whenever I move around)

If you want to get insanity then I would say yes go ahead and get it. It is very very hard at first (atleast I am feeling it) but later it get easier (that's what all review says. I am not there so I don't know yet).
