Back In The Skinny Jeans

Mom to 3, girlfriend to 1, step-mom to his 4 with a career in marketing. I've never really struggled with weight, but as I get older my metabolism has slowed to the point that I have gained about 30lbs from weight I've been most of my life. I've been at this weight for over a year and I'm tired of being out of shape and having no energy.

Thanks for adding me! I noticed your ticker and what you wrote in the thread in the Diet and Nutrition section. Like you I gained weight evenly. I remember being happiest with my weight when it was in the 120s. I like your title “Back In the Skinny Jeans”. I can’t wait to get back in mine!
