Hi, I'm new to SP....and really need some MOTIVATION!!! I am 26 and live in Orange County, CA. I don't want to loose more than 10 pounds, my main goal is to feel healthier, eat better and get myself back on track.

My Goals:
To gain strength, tone up and feel healthier. I want to become completely comfortable with my body.

My Program:
run/elliptical 30-45 minutes a day 4-6 days a week, Pilates once a week, Yoga once a week and strength training 2-3 times a week. I already eat pretty healthy, however I would like to become a little more strict on my food consumption and portion sizes.

Personal Information:
I currently reside in Orange County, CA and would love to find a walk/running buddy or even somone to chat with on a regular basis and hold each other accountable for not following our goals.

WELCOME to the IBS team! I hate for anyone to feel the way I do but there seems to be many out there. WE discuss this on the team and feel free to vent!! I lived in the San Gabriel Valley for quite a while and I must say the weather was wonderful but I see the blue skies now.

Welcome to Spark People. I hope that you find as much inspiration and motivation as I have. Remember that losing weight and getting healthy takes time and effort but you are worth it. Find new ways to get your heart pumping at least 30 minutes several times a week. You are worth a few minutes a day to post all your food in the nutrition tracker. Be strong, be brave. Post your goals and hold yourself accountable to them.

Now is your time to shine,
Teresa
