My goal for myself is to be happy, healthy and about 10 pounds lighter by July 23 when I will turn the BIG number ? Okay I hit that number now!! Still not lighter!
I exercise regularly and do pretty good with my eating habits other than binging on chocolates here and there. Addicted to that stuff. Chocolate is definitely my downfall along with frozen yogurt... of course I have to share that with my doggy Boswick. Changes have happened in my life that now has my program a little eratic, but great. It's all good!!!
I've lived in Ohio for some ridiculous reason all of my life, but do love the change of seasons - what an excuse for being here isn't it? Don't laugh when I say that I am a Fitness Director at a health club here in Ohio. I do personal training at the club also. So why do I have trouble with the last 10 pounds hmmmm...chocolate I suppose! Or a comfort zone. Not exactly sure.
