I am married, and mother of 3 wonderful children, 2 children are grown now and just 1 left in high school. Live in Oklahoma and big fan of OU football. Enjoy traveling hope to have a future of seeing the world, with a healthy body to enjoy it in.


Other Information:
I love movies, summer time, scrapbooking, family times. Started riding bicycles and feeling the fresh air. Fitnessguy3 is my best friend, soulmate and husband ;)

Stopping in to let you know I'm here with all the support I can muster. Stop by my page and let me know how I can help. I've been struggling too. As long as we never give up we are ahead of the game. I always remind myself during these times that "This time too shall pass" and i maintain what I have lost. Then I kick in again, step it up and start losing. Find what works for you, just never stop believing you CAN achieve your weight loss goals.
